JUST ANNOUNCED - We are VERY excited to introduce our next barrel pick this Saturday at the Fest - a DELICIOUS Driftless Glen Casl Strength Rye barrel! It is loaded with spicy banana, plantain and juicy ripe peach notes up front and a finish that tantalizes with a spicy zing. It's viscous, rich, fruity, and makes you NEED another sip! Can't get enough of these Driftless ryes! There might ALSO be another barrel pick landing too!

The Driftless pick will be joining a throng of pours of OVER 70 outstanding whiskeys (and a couple other spirits!) across more than fifteen vendors!! From delicious staples like Michter's, Penelope, and Heaven Hill to new faves like Pursuit, Redwood Empire and Town Branch and also newbies like Highwire's Jimmy Red (we LOVE this one, you have to try!). RY3's owner Karthik will also be in the store pouring his exceptional whiskeys!

We'll also be having a special one day raffle Saturday for the right to buy several extremely sought after bottles!

LISLE WINE TO GO!

Enjoy the Autumn Sun as we Cruise Southern France's Rhone River with WINE TO GO 3 Packs at Malloy's Finest Lisle! Sip and Savor gems enjoyed by French Popes, artists like Vincent van Gogh and Bistros everywhere.

Our WHITE 3 Pack starts with "Solitude" White Cotes du Rhone. Not as well-known as the Reds, but renown for versatile pairing with food. This blend of Clairette, Viognier and Grenache Blanc, is a standout for its floral nose and round flavors of citrus and apricots. Perfect with Sunday Roast Chicken and is it too early to think Thanksgiving Turkey? Next is Viognier, a grape originally from the Northern Rhone which faced extinction. Today, it has been resurrected around the world but our example from Maison Les Alexandrins is near its ancestral origins. Intense notes of white peaches, apricots, citrus, and white flowers are lively and well-balanced with a refreshing acidity and minerality. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers and salads. Rosé is another favorite of the Rhone. Chapoutier Belleruche is a blend of Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah with bright notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant, peach, pink grapefruit, and citrus. Enjoy with Charcuterie and soft cheese or Trout Amandine. Van Gogh's "Sunflower" Whites for only $42 after 15% discount.

Our RED 3 Pack starts with a Cotes du Rhone Villages from the Perrin family, using the same viticultural and wine-making techniques used at their famous Beaucastel Chateauneuf du Pape. A blend of primarily Grenache and Syrah, its savory notes of dark cherries, blackberries, licorice, white pepper, rosemary and thme are rich and silky. A favorite with Ratatouille or grilled vegetables and meats. On the opposite side of the Rhone from famous Chateauneuf du Pape and the historic city of Avignon, we have the appellation of Lirac and our example from Victor Berard.  Bright and expressive, this wine opens with pure black plum and licorice, accented by white pepper, cedar, and a touch of lavender. So delicious, its served in Business Class on Singapore Air, arguably the world's finest airline. Pair with Filet Mignon and Gratin Dauphinois.  Cruising up to the Northern Rhone, we have Ferraton "Matiniere" Crozes Hermitage. This gem made from 100% Syrah is a favorite of the owner's wife. Deep, meaty aromas and flavors of dark red fruit, licorice and toasty oak are a classic match with leg of lamb or any red meat or game with rich sauces. Van Gogh's "Starry Night" Reds for only $50 after 15% discount.
