FREY RANCH BARREL PICK RELEASE!

Our Frey Ranch Bourbon Barrel Release is THIS SATURDAY at 10am at both stores! It is a delicious ~130.96 proof Four Grain Bourbon that is truly something to behold! 

There are only a few select barrels coming to Illinois in the near future and we were lucky enough to get one - it is nothing short of INCREDIBLE! It has a great rich mouthfeel, stunning long finish and everything about it screams DELICIOUS! Rich French Vanilla, Honey, Lilac, Orange peel, Rose Petals, Butterscotch, Fresh Maple syrup and dark Cherry notes with rolling hints of mocha, graham cracker and densely seasoned oak. The finish brings it with warming intensity and balanced minty rye spice dancing with lightly charred ginger and caramel treats! It is unmistakably artisanal and unmistakably rich and inviting! You could sit with this all night picking apart the layers and flavors and STILL not have figured it all out! 🤤

We appreciate the time given from owners Colby and Ashley Frey. They insist on taking time out of their days and being a part of each barrel pick. It really illustrates the care and worth of their brand as a whole. What's more, they handpick their barrel samples and EACH store gets a unique set of samples, while many other brands just send up a grab bag of samples and they're taken around to everyone for picks. Some great things that help set Frey Ranch apart from the pack and certainly worthy of a mention! 🙌

There will be a limit of 2 bottles per customer. To sweeten the pot even further, the first 50 customers between the stores will ALSO get a 375ml of the Frey Ranch 90 proof bourbon for just a penny! (one 375ml special per customer). 🤯

LISLE WINE TO GO!

Our RED 3 Pack starts with "Love You Bunches" Red. Whole bunches of Sangiovese, best known as the primary grape of Chianti, are kept intact to begin spontaneous carbonic fermentation. The result is fun, sassy flavors of strawberry, cherry, and rhubarb with a light, savory dry finish. Enjoy slightly chilled with a Muffaletta or Po-Boy. "Laissez les bon temps roulez" with "Tous les Jours" Syrah. Let the good times roll with all day, every day, flavors of black and blue fruit and spice. C'est Si Bon with Shrimp and Andouille Gumbo. We finish with "Secret Squirrel" Cabernet Sauvignon with its fun label of a Squirrel in a Red mask. The dark cherry color of this wine is echoed in its intriguing aromas and flavors of cedar, black cherries, and a hint of chocolate. Celebrate with a Blackened Ribeye. Bodacious REDS for only $62 after 15% discount.
