LISLE WINE TO GO!

We celebrate St. Patrick's Day with WINE TO GO 3 Packs at Malloy's Finest Lisle! It's the Luck of the Irish to enjoy our favorite Irish foods with these wonderful wines from McManis and Murphy-Goode.

Our WHITE 3 Pack starts with McManis Pinot Grigio. Crisp lemon, lime and nectarine flavors are perfect with Molly Malone's "Cockles and Mussels, alive, alive oh" Next is McManis Chardonnay with fresh aromas and flavors of stone fruit, apple, vanilla and butter. A classic with Fish and Chips or a rich Irish Mac and Cheese. We finish with Murphy-Goode Sauvignon Blanc. Its ripe and crisp green herb, citrus and tropical flavors, are our choice for the traditional briney taste and spices of Corned Beef and Cabbage. And don't miss enjoying it with the rich and tangy flavors of a Reuben Sandwich. Wow, enjoy for only $35 after 10% discount.

Our RED 3 Pack starts with Murphy-Goode Pinot Noir. An insider wine sourced from multiple vineyards of a well-known winery, its vibrant, easy drinking flavors of red and black cherry and a touch of earth are a beautiful match with grilled Salmon or Shepherd's Pie. Next is McManis Zinfandel, loaded with brambly fruit and toasty oak, intermingled with soft, supple tannins and a smooth finish. Match this with some grilled sausages and sauteed cabbage. For famous Irish Stew, we pair up with McManis Cabernet Sauvignon.  Great aromas and flavors of black cherry, cassis and dark chocolate with a touch of licorice and toast are sure to please.  A delicious change from Guinness. Wow, enjoy for only $35 after 10% discount.

KEEPER'S HEART TASTING!

We'll be welcoming Keeper's Heart Irish whiskey to each of our stores on Friday from 4pm to 7pm!

Keeper's heart made their name blending American and Irish whiskeys to create the best of both worlds. They now also have a Pot Still whiskey! Crafted from a mash bill of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, it develops a complex, full-bodied character before maturing for four years in virgin American oak casks. The result is a bold, groundbreaking whiskey with rich notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted oak, unlike anything else in American whiskey today.

Be sure to come by both Glen Ellyn and Lisle locations and have a sample or three!

FRIDAY GLEN ELLYN TASTINGS!

Stop into our Glen Ellyn store between 4 and 7pm Friday for a couple of other fun tastings to kick off the weekend!

We'll have a representative from Clonakilty Irish Whiskeys in pouring several of their superb bottles! If you haven't tried them yet, come and sample! They're delicious and affordable!

We're also welcoming back Andy Howell, one of the owners of the Thornton Distillery not too far from us in Illinois! After a great showing a few weeks ago, he's back to quench your thirst again!

We'll be welcoming Greg Keeley, Founder/Owner of Larrikin Bourbon Co for a guaranteed entertaining and engaging evening of whiskey, education and camaraderie on Tuesday, April 28th! 

We'll be enthralled with Greg's stories, his background and of course his whiskey (not to mention his killer accent! read: Killeh aksint)! We'll sample through several bottles in his impressive lineup including our FANTASTIC HaZmAt (143 proof!) American Light Whiskey barrel pick!

WHISKEYFEST GLEN ELLYN IS COMING!

We have TWO Whiskeyfest events coming up, the first of which is next month on Saturday April 18th from 2-5pm at our Glen Ellyn store!

Plan on joining us for pours from OVER 70 outstanding whiskeys across more than a fifteen vendors!! We'll also be having a special one day raffle Saturday for the right to buy several extremely sought after bottles as well! Simply buy a bottle from the tasting and you can put in a ticket!
