LISLE WINE TO GO!

Celebrate Memorial Day and the unofficial start of Summer with this week's WINE TO GO 3 Packs at Malloy's Finest Lisle. Fire up the grill as we Remember and Honor ALL who have served to keep us safe and well.

Our WHITE 3 Pack starts with Montes Limited Selection Sauvignon Blanc with a symbolic Guardian Angel on the label to watch over us. Crisp and snappy flavors of tropical fruit, grapefruit, lime, fresh asparagus and stony minerality are heavenly with appetizers and summer salads.  Remembering GI Joe, we have a "Wine by Joe". This Oregon Pinot Gris is packed with fleshy flavors of pear and apple. A versatile pairing with grilled shrimp and seafood. Our RED 3 Pack starts with "Bombshell Red" featuring a label with a Patriotic pin-up that's a reminder of the past. Made by Airfield Estates in the hangars of an airfield for training WWII pilots in Eastern Washington, this favorite is a blend of Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and more. Its approachable flavors of dark fruit, toasted oak and a hint of cocoa will have you wanting to grill up some Burgers with your favorite toppings. We continue to remember our heroes with "Immortal" Zinfandel. Vines over 100 years old yield big, ripe aromas and flavors of dried plum, raisin, bramble and black pepper showing why this is an All-American favorite with BBQ Pulled Pork and Ribs.  We finish with a Cabernet Sauvignon from "Noble" vines. TOWN BRANCH



Join us Thursday, June 4th at 6:30pm at our Glen Ellyn location as we welcome Dave Bob Gaspar, the Head Distiller and Blender for Kentucky's Town Branch Distillery! 

After enjoying an opening cocktail of their Bourbonola Cherry Coke cocktail, Dave Bob will be walking us through their interesting lineup ranging from bourbons to ryes to single malts! He may even have some superb barrel samples for us all to try (we may have to grab one for the store and your input can help!)

We are so lucky to be one of the very few stops for Alex Castle, the master distiller at the Augusta Distillery, when she visits in a few short weeks! 

Alex will be leading a Master Class on Saturday, June 13th at 6:30pm at our Glen Ellyn store exploring her process, what goes on behind the scenes at the distillery, and anything else you may want to know as we happily sample through the entire Augusta Lineup! We may even get a peek at the new 15yr Buckner's!

SAGAMORE

We will be welcoming Sagamore Master Distiller Ryan Norwood for an elite Masterclass on July 23rd at 6:30pm in Glen Ellyn that also coincides with the release of the FIRST 10yr Sagamore barrel pick in the state!!! 

We'll open the evening with a Sagamore Cold Fashioned cocktail and sample through the Sagamore offerings, leading up to our incredible 10 year old Sagamore barrel pick! It is THE perfect barrel for the Summer, with deliciously rich notes of peaches, cinnamon roll, refreshing mint and slight charred oak. It's crushable while also being tantalizingly complex. Cant wait for everyone to try it!

Thank you all SO MUCH for coming out to our big WhiskeyFest in Lisle last Saturday! It was record breaking atendance for that store and we couldn't thank you enough for all the support, especially as the Lisle shoppe becomes more of a whiskey focused location!
