LISLE WINE TO GO!

Our ROSÉ 3 Pack travels the world starting with "Julia’s Dazzle" from the artisanal Long Shadows project in Washington. All Pinot Gris, its dazzling flavors of guava and melon with notes of cranberry and orange zest are a satisfying partner with cold poached salmon with a watermelon and feta salad.  Next is Provence in a glass. "Little B" Rosé is a brilliant salmon pink color with an expressive red fruit bouquet of strawberries, red currants and watermelon. Aromatic, crisp and refreshing, enjoy with a classic Salade Nicoise. We finish in New Zealand with Matua Rosé.  Crafted from Pinot Noir, its vibrant and fruit-forward notes of wild strawberry, rhubarb, cranberry and subtle citrus are crisp and refreshing. Grill up some Shrimp or Tuna and enjoy. Rock'n Rosés for only $45 after 15% discount

Our ZIN 3 Pack explores 3 different areas and styles of Zinfandel, considered "America's" grape. We start in Sonoma with Seghesio. With vineyards first planted in 1895, they are an elite Zinfandel specialist. The Sonoma County bottling has a touch of Petite Sirah, Syrah and other reds. Bright and alluring, with vibrant aromas and flavors of brambly red and black raspberry and plums. Pair with baby back ribs or rich gnocchi gorgonzola.  Next is "Wild Thing", from cooler Mendocino. Its big and balanced flavors of wild berries and toasty spice are fresh and snappy paired with sticky BBQ chicken. We finish in Lodi with Klinker Brick and vines up to 120 years old. Come and visit with the Bardstown Bourbon Company National Brand Ambassador Jaz'min Weaver as she trucks across the state in Bardstown's state of the art mobile bar, the BAV (Brand Activation Vehicle)! 

We'll be pouring the four BBCo bottlings outside our Glen Ellyn location, enjoying the weather and having a blast. It's always a stellar time and a fantastic way to spend your Sunday afternoon!

SAGAMORE MASTER DISTILLER & BARREL RELEASE!

We will be welcoming Sagamore Master Distiller Ryan Norwood for an elite Masterclass on Thursday July 16th at 6:30pm in Glen Ellyn that also coincides with the release of the FIRST 10yr Sagamore barrel pick in the state!!! 

We'll open the evening with a Sagamore Cold Fashioned cocktail and sample through the Sagamore offerings, leading up to our incredible 10 year old Sagamore barrel pick! It is THE perfect barrel for the Summer, with deliciously rich notes of peaches, cinnamon roll, refreshing mint and slight charred oak. It's crushable while also being tantalizingly complex. Can't wait for everyone to try it!
