Be sure to come by FRIDAY for another special Malloy's Handpicked Barrel Release - our Bardstown Wheated Bourbon! We're one of the first to release a wheated bourbon pick in Illinois and are extremely excited to share this complex, layered pour with you all!

This barrel has been aging in the heat of TOP floor 7 of one of Bardstown's state of the art rickhouses for over 6 years and clocks in at 126.4 proof! It is mind-blowing how delicious it is - check out the notes!

LISLE WINE TO GO!

Continue Celebrating Spain's World Cup Victory with WINE TO GO 3 Packs at Malloy's Finest Lisle! Explore the road less traveled with high scoring wines from the Atlantic coast to the renowned Heart of Spain.

Our WHITE 3 Pack starts with La Cana Albariño from Rias Baixas along the remote Atlantic coast. This beauty was one of the first Albariños to be introduced to the United States. Enjoy its zesty flavors of citrus, stone fruit, minerals and hint of ocean salinity with your favorite seafood. We travel a little inland to Bierzo for Godello, an almost extinct indigenous grape. Gancedo "Capricho" has rounded flavors of citrus, green apple, and stone fruit that are clean and fresh with sherbet-bright acidity running beneath. A hidden gem with a wide array of light foods and tapas. Moving inland to the hot interior, we have Alegra Verdejo from the Rueda region. Think of this as your "happy" wine as the name translates. Fresh flavors of passionfruit, lemon, minerality and a hint of herbs (verde translates as "green") dance across the palate. Delicious by itself or with a summer salad topped with tangy goat cheese. Happy Whites for only $47 after 15% discount.  

Our RED 3 Pack continues in Bierzo with Ultreia "Saint Jacques" Mencia. Juicy and complex flavors of pomegranate, cherry, and blackberry, with undertones of earth and minerals, are a versatile partner with jamon Iberico, chorizo and Manchego cheese.  Next, we go to prestigious Ribera del Duero, home to some of Spain's most renowned and expensive wines. A warm area where Tempranillo rules with power and grace, our example comes from Bodegas Nabal. The "Valle de Nabal" has flavors of black cherries with a touch of leather and smoky oak. Rich and elegant, enjoy with your favorite grilled meats and vegetables. We head Southeast to Jumilla for old vine Monastrell. Juan Gil Silver Label is a classy benchmark, just right for any occasion. Flavors of blackberry, blueberry and balsamic are rich and balanced. A classic pairing with grilled or braised short ribs, steaks or burgers topped with your favorite cheese. Sunny Reds for only $49 after 15% discount.
