LISLE WINE TO GO!

Explore Northern Italy with WINE TO GO 3 Packs at Malloy's Finest Lisle! Visit Umbria, Piedmont, Veneto and Marche.

Our WHITE 3 Pack begins with "Kris" Pinot Grigio from the hills north of Venice. A classic example with aromas and flavors of citrus, tangerine, honeydew, crushed stone and hints of almond. An easy pairing with seafood risotto or fried fish and shrimp. Next we have Marotti Campi Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi. This white wine star from the Marche of coastal central Italy is dry and savory with green apple and hints of almond. Serve as an aperitif or with light seafood like broiled flounder with a squeeze of lemon. Continuing in the Marche region on the Eastern Coast, we have Velenosi Pecorino. Not the cheese, but a wine with tangy and full aromas and flavors of apple, lemon and notes of fresh cut grass and a hint of salinity. It actually pairs well with pecorino cheese, but we pair it with a favorite pasta course, linguine with clams.  Bright and fresh WHITES for only $39 after 15% discount.  

Our RED 3 Pack continues in the Marche with Ciu Ciu Gotico from the Piceno region. The name means "Sip, Sip" as you enjoy the velvety and full flavors of brambly blackberry from this organic blend of Montepulciano and Sangiovese. Perfect with grilled and roast red meat or game like rabbit. Next we travel inland to Umbria, the only region without a coastline. Scacciadiavoli Montefalco Rosso is an elegant and refined blend of Sangiovese, Sagrantino and Merlot. Notes of red fruit, spice and underbrush are well balanced to accompany roast pork or a pork belly porchetta. We finish in Piedmont with Tre Donne Langhe Nebbiolo.  Produced by three sisters, this elegant wine shows power and grace. Flavors of red berries, tobacco, chocolate and balsamic are in perfect harmony. Pair with grilled meats or pasta topped with the regional specialty, truffles. Rich and Ripe REDS for only $48 after 15% discount.
