RARE CHARACTER Barrel release this Saturday!

Our latest Rare Character pick is coming THIS SATURDAY and it is their HIGHLY sought after 10K!

10 years old, 134 proof (highest they've had for 10K!🤟) 75-13-12 Kentucky mashbill (👀) and it is a BEAUTIFUL WHISKEY!

Expect notes of dark chocolate and toffee followed by spiced cherries, burnt orange and sweet charred oak. The finish lasts FOREVER. The miraculous overarching essence of this pour is DUSTY - it tastes like a high proof classic dusty from decades ago!

Only 120 bottle yield for this barrel! Thus limit 1 per customer.

LISLE WINE TO GO!

Enjoy Pizza and Pasta as we explore the diverse Wines of Southern Italy in this week's WINE TO GO 3 Packs at Malloy's Finest Lisle! We visit Sardinia, Sicily, Campania and Puglia.

Our WHITE 3 Pack starts on the Island of Sardinia, arguably the home of Italy's best Vermentino. Argiolas sets the benchmark with ripe stone fruit and lemony freshness that's delizioso with a steaming plate of linguine with clams. Next is Fina Vini Grillo from Sicily. Floral aromas introduce tangy and savory flavors of lemon, pink grapefruit, apple and thyme to complement one of our Sicilian favorites, Arancini. North of Naples and the Amalfi Coast, in the heart of Campania, we explore Fiano di Avellino from Terre di Valter. It's lush and textured with fresh notes of quince, pineapple, orange blossom, spice and hazelnuts. Add mouth-watering acidity and saline minerality and you have a perfect pairing with Neapolitan Pizza Margherita. Swimmingly good WHITES for only $45 after 15% discount.    

Our RED 3 Pack starts on the East Coast with Tormaresca Primitivo from Puglia, the heel of the Italian boot. Considered the grandfather of California's Zinfandel, its flavors of dried plums and black berries are ripe but amazingly fresh. The perfect companion to Orecchetti with a sausage and tomato ragu or a snack of Panzerotti.  Next, we go to Sicily for Colosi Nero d'Avola.  Vinified and aged in stainless steel to maintain the scents and flavors of tart cherries, prunes and black olives that are round and layered. Pair with Pasta alla Norma, a signature of Sicily. We finish in Campania, the home of Naples and the Amalfi Coast with Aglianico, considered the King of Southern Italian wine. Our example from Terre di Valter is elegantly firm with aromas and flavors of blackberry, plum, black cherry and chocolate.  Traditional Neapolitan Pizza Marinara or Braciole would be fit for this King. Rich and ripe REDS for only $47 after 15% discount.

FRIDAY VIRGINIA DISTILLING TASTING!

Come into our Glen Ellyn store this Friday from 4 to 7pm to sample one of our nation's BEST American Single Malts - Virginia Distillery Co! We'll have Virginia's Midwest Market Manager Abby in store sampling away!

Every Virginia barrel is a culmination of the world’s finest distilling, aged to perfection in the ideal climate of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. While inspired by time-honored traditions, they forge traditions of their own- making whisky more than what has been and the results speak and taste for themselves!
