LISLE WINE TO GO!

Cruise the Rhine River with WINE TO GO 3 Packs at Malloy's Finest Lisle! From Germany to the borders of France, we feature Rieslings and Pinot Noirs that are the wine choice of Foodies everywhere.

Our WHITE 3 Pack cruises in Germany's Pfalz region with Darting Durkheimer Hochbenn Kabinett Riesling. A mouthful to pronounce, its rich, and sophisticated flavors of pear, peach and apple with hints of grapefruit are a lively mouthful with Spaetzle in a creamy cheese sauce or try with a Thai Curry. Next is Selbach Spatlese Riesling. Fruitier than a Kabinett, its ripe flavors of peach, apple, and citrus with stony minerality are fresh and elegant. Pair with chicken, pork or veal schnitzel and a creamy mushroom sauce with potato pancakes or noodles. Next, we cruise to picturesque and romantic Alsace where the Rhine separates France and Germany. Emile Beyer "Tradition" Riesling is dry, with medium-full flavors of peach, plums and lemons. A favorite with Quiche, Onion Tarte and Frittatas. Also, try Coq au Vin with Riesling! Rieslings of character and finesse for only $55 after 15% discount.

Our RED 3 Pack cruises with Pinot Noir starting with "Villa Wolf" from Ernst Loosen. Germany is the third largest producer of Pinot Noir in the world. Pert red cherry and black plum flavors with a hint of shortbread are best with the "wurst". Try it with traditional currywurst or bratwurst and fries. Friedrich Becker is a Spat Burgunder (Pinot Noir) pioneer in the Pfalz region. Today, their historical vineyards span both the German and French sides of the Rhine. Vivacious aromas and flavors of dark cherries, rose hips and minerally earth are in harmony with Roast Duck or Roast Pork Forestiere with forest mushrooms and herbs. We finish in Alsace with Emile Beyer "Tradition" Pinot Noir. Pinot Noir is the only red grape varietal allowed in Alsace AOP. Pair its invigorating flavors of cherries, raspberries and hints of forest floor with an appetizer of Foie Gras followed by sausages, pork and sauerkraut in traditional Alsacian Choucroute. Pinot Noirs of character and finesse for only $59 after 15% discount.
