LISLE WINE TO GO!

Our WHITE 3 Pack kicks off with Hess Shirtail Ranches Sauvignon Blanc from California's North Coast. This wine is loaded with aromas and flavors of grapefruit and lemon grass with a hint of lime zest. It's refreshing acidity and citrus notes are a winning play with your favorite guacamole, spinach-artichoke dip and crudite. From Pine Ridge Vineyards in Napa, we have a Chenin Blanc with luscious peach notes of Viognier. Its bright flavors are lip smack'n good with a picnic of your favorite finger lick'n fried chicken and pasta salads. We finish with Toasted Head Chardonnay. Named for the traditional practice of toasting barrel heads and staves to impart a mellow, toasted flavor to barrel-aged wines. The label sports a Bear breathing fire that would toast any Viking or other opposition. Rich aromas and flavors of toast and creamy caramelized peach custard play nicely with Buffalo wings and pigs in a blanket. LAWS BARREL RELEASE AND MASTERCLASS!

THIS will be a special night! 

NEXT THURSDAY, September 11th at 6:30 in Glen Ellyn! We picked a barrel a couple months ago and we can't WAIT to release it along with Al Laws, the Owner and Founder of Colorado's Laws Whiskey House! This barrel is a 9yr 9 month MONSTER! It is packed to the brim with flavors of wildflower honey and cinnamon toast crunch and a finish that lasts forever. All while clocking in at 125.9 proof! 

Al will be chatting about his distillery, we'll sample several of their awesome whiskeys, culminating with the barrel pick! Attendees will have first crack at the bottles and will also get $10 back on any Laws purchase! We'll have snacks and the best company per usual! All for just $25!

This Friday we have tastings at both stores to kick off the weekend properly!

CEDAR RIDGE

Stop in at our Glen Ellyn store this Friday from 4-7 pm to sample through one of our favorite local distilleries - Cedar Ridge! They have a breadth of great bourbon and single malt offerings including our Anejo tequila barrel finished single malt barrel pick! Come on in!

ART HISTORY and 93 OCTANE

From 5 to 7pm at our Lisle store, we'll be sampling some excellent brews from our local friends at Geneva's Art History Taphouse and also the 93 Octane Brewery out of St Charles! Come on down and have a sip or three!
